Alex’s goal is to deliver the best possible design using the latest technologies, to enable brands to engage and interact with their audiences. His previous agency won numerous awards across a wide range of clients including; Bacardi Rum, Martini, Pepsi, BMW, Sony, Universal Music, BBC and many more.

Alex Weller

Founder & Owner

With experience across both digital agencies and in-house brand teams, working with a wide range of industries. Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with a strong passion for wireframing, prototyping, and crafting seamless user journeys. Specialising in branding and website design, bringing together creativity and strategy to deliver engaging, impactful digital experiences. Outside of design, most likely on the football pitch or watching the game from the stands.

Harry Barlow

Head of Design

As an experienced full stack developer, David specialises in bespoke website development using WordPress, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and HTML. With over 10 years of working closely with clients to bring their projects to life, frontend coding is his passion. He also has a range of other crucial technical skills that are too long to mention! When he’s not coding (which is most of the time…) he enjoys playing tennis or going for long country walks with his Saluki dog called Chase.

Head of Web Development

Fresh from backpacking across South America, she brings a renewed perspective to her work, informed by time spent exploring the Andes. She’s played a key role in brand refreshes and website re-platforms, working closely with developers, marketing, and e-commerce teams to create thoughtful, user-focused digital design. Away from the screen, Nic can usually be found discovering a new favourite walk or tracking down a great Sunday roast.

Graduating from Nottingham Trent University in 2023 with a BA Hons in Graphic Design, Amber has a passion for creativity and is excited to collaborate with and learn from the talented professionals at Above. She has started her journey with an eagerness to grow within a fast-paced environment in the design industry.

Michael has more than ten years of experience in web development, with expertise spanning SEO, PHP, CSS, and GSAP, creating a well-rounded set of technical and complementary skills that cover the entire development process. Outside of coding, he enjoys playing guitar, watching films, and listening to music.

Jonty has over 7 years experience in Software and Web development including Cross Platform Mobile and Gaming Applications . He specialises in Umbraco and WordPress CMS website development and using languages C#, ASP.NET, Swift, PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. When he’s not on his PS4 he’s following all the latest tech and gadget trends.
