The brief
Coopers required a modern digital presence to match their growth and energetic business style. The primary challenge was to unify the Coopers London and Coopers Residential identities while automating complex property management tasks. The goal was to create an intuitive platform that simplified the property search and valuation process for customers in a competitive market.
What we did
Above Digital delivered a comprehensive brand strategy, aligning the visual identity across all print and digital touchpoints. This was followed by a bespoke website build using a custom CMS, featuring a fully automated property feed through Vebra Live integration. The design prioritised user experience, incorporating functional search tools, valuation features, and later, video tours and automated Google Reviews.
To ensure the platform’s longevity, Above Digital provided ongoing digital marketing support, including SEO improvements and website reporting. Every interface decision was rooted in a design-led approach, using wireframes to ensure that both direct searchers and exploratory browsers could navigate the site with ease.
