The Financial Services Forum’s digital presence was reimagined through a sophisticated, user-centric platform, blending complex gated content structures with a contemporary visual identity to drive member engagement.

The brief

As a cornerstone of the industry for over 20 years, The Financial Services Forum (FSF) required a complete digital overhaul to better serve its C-suite membership. The existing website suffered from an outdated user experience and a rigid content management system. Above Digital was tasked with reorganising the site architecture, refining membership journeys, and modernising the brand presentation to encourage new sign-ups and increase engagement with exclusive insights.

What we did

Above Digital conducted an extensive audit and scoping phase to map out multi-tiered user journeys. The London-based agency designed a bespoke gated content system that incentivises upgrades while integrating seamlessly with the organisation’s onboarding and third-party events technology. A design-led approach was used to refresh the brand, introducing a light colour palette, bold colours for features, and a spacious, contemporary interface.

Built on a robust WordPress platform, the new site prioritises clarity and ease of navigation. Above Digital utilised interactive wireframes to ensure the high volume of data and industry insights remained accessible, while providing the FSF team with a flexible CMS for effortless internal updates.

The result

The transformation has provided the FSF with a high-performance digital presence that accurately reflects its status as a market leader. By streamlining the membership and event booking processes, Above Digital has improved operational efficiency and created a more rewarding experience for the forum’s prestigious members. The site now serves as a scalable foundation for future growth, maintaining the FSF’s reputation as a vital resource for the financial marketing community.
