We are incredibly proud to announce that our very own Head of Design, Harry Barlow, has been selected to join the global judging panel for the Creativepool Annual 2026.

Creativepool recently unveiled its 2026 jury: a hand-picked collection of brand marketers, creative leaders, and design voices tasked with assessing the work shaping the industry today. Based in Reading, our design agency has always punched above its weight, and Harry will now be bringing his eye for detail and strategic thinking to the Small Agency of the Year category.

Why This Matters

The Creativepool Annual is known as the industry’s “Most” Award: the most distributed, voted, and collaborative awards programme in the sector. As a juror, Harry joins an elite group of creatives from global brands such as Nokia, Havas, and Edelman.

For Harry, being invited to judge on behalf of Creativepool goes hand in hand with the transformative web design and branding we create at Above Digital. It’s a chance to champion the high standards we set for brands across the UK and the diverse sectors we cover, ranging from OOH and media agencies to the analytical world of marketing intelligence.

What Harry is Looking For

In a year where AI is rapidly shifting the landscape, Harry is particularly interested in the human element of design and the “judgment” required to make work resonate.

“It’s an honour to be part of the Small Agency of the Year jury,” says Harry. “Small agencies are often the ones pushing the most boundaries and taking the biggest creative risks. I’m looking for work that doesn’t just look great, but demonstrates a genuine point of view and a deep understanding of client requirements.”

Celebrating Creative Excellence

Winning work from the Annual is published in over 5,000 physical copies and sent to leading figures inside global brands and agencies. By helping select the winners, Harry is helping set the benchmark for what “good” looks like in 2026. We’re thrilled to see Harry representing Above Digital on this international stage and can’t wait to see the incredible, boundary-pushing designs he gets to judge.
