We were commissioned to develop a comprehensive e-commerce website designed to serve both consumers and dealers alike. This robust platform not only allows seamless order placement for both customer types but also features an exclusive dealer portal. The portal allows dealers to manage orders ensuring a streamlined and efficient user experience.

The website required scoping to map user journeys for both consumers and dealers, taking into account users who are both experienced and new to biking. The site showcased Corratec’s impressive product range, featuring a searchable web store with filters that allow users to find the perfect e-bike for them. Additionally, the site included comprehensive content about the benefits of e-bikes and how the extensive range caters to all types of riders.

The website transforms once dealers have logged in to present a more streamlined interface tailored to their needs. Once logged in, dealers can access a dedicated ‘dealer portal,’ where they can manage orders and stay updated on order statuses.

The design seamlessly aligned with Corratec’s branding, incorporating impactful product photography and translating aspects of its visual brand identity into a highly engaging user interface.
