founder & creative director
With 18+ years of digital agency experience, Alex has worked with some of the best UK & global brands. His previous agency won numerous awards across a wide range of clients. These included; Bacardi, Martini, Pepsi, BMW, Sony, Universal Music, BBC and many more. Alex’s goal is delivering the best possible design using the latest technologies, to enable brands to engage and interact with their audiences.
Seb has spent 12 years at Sony Music as Digital Strategy & Marketing Director, looking after wide roster of labels and artists, including: One Direction, Daft Punk, Olly Murs, Justin Timberlake, Paloma Faith and Beyonce to name a few. Seb now runs his own London based digital creative agency WMA which specialises in the music & entertainment business.

Rich started working as a designer in the music industry 2005, since then he has worked with a selection of SMEs, start ups and enterprise level clients. These include; HSBC, Warner Music, M&S, Universal Music, Atlantic Records, Global, and Bayer as well as a large number of tech and fintech start ups. Rich’s passion lies in working with businesses develop through excellent digital design, branding and user experience.
head of development
Steve has over 10 years experience in the creative industry, working in digital and web design, branding, illustration, animation and video editing. He's worked in print and digital with clients including BMW, Channel 4, Bupa, Paypal and Vodafone. When not designing, Steve loves drawing, playing guitar, watching films and gaming.

Laurie‘s been computer geeking since Elite on the BBC micro, and designing and developing websites since the days of AOL emails, and he’s been drinking Guinness for far too long. With a degree in theatre design Laurie has been developing digital experiences over the years for clients like GSK, GMAC, Carbon Trust and Heston’s Fat Duck.
Specialising in Search Engine Optimisation, Sarah has over 12 years experience in on and off site search engine optimisation, website strategy, content marketing initiatives and website management. Sarah has worked across a variety of industry sectors including travel, hospitality, education and sport.
