founder & creative director
With 25+ years of digital agency experience, Alex has worked with some of the best UK & global brands. Alex’s goal is to deliver the best possible design using the latest technologies, to enable brands to engage and interact with their audiences. His previous agency won numerous awards across a wide range of clients including; Bacardi Rum, Martini, Pepsi, BMW, Sony, Universal Music, BBC and many more.
Seb has spent 12 years at Sony Music as Digital Strategy & Marketing Director, looking after wide roster of labels and artists, including: One Direction, Daft Punk, Olly Murs, Justin Timberlake, Paloma Faith and Beyonce to name a few. Seb now runs his own London based digital creative agency WMA which specialises in the music & entertainment business.

Rich started working as a designer in the music industry 2004, since then he has worked with a selection of SMEs, startups and enterprise-level clients. These include; HSBC, Warner Music, M&S, Universal Music, Atlantic Records, Global, and Bayer as well as a large number of tech and fintech startups. Rich’s passion lies in working with businesses to develop their brand proposition through digital design, and user experience.
Harry is an experienced Digital Designer, that has worked in both digital agencies and in-house brand teams across a range of industries. He's a Photoshop and Adobe XD guru, following the latest design trends and delivering the best possible user journeys. As a multi-disciplined designer his main passion is branding and website design. When he's not making things look amazing online... his other passion is all things football - when he's not playing it for his local team, he'll be watching it on TV!
Specialising in Search Engine Optimisation, Sarah has over 12 years experience in on and off site search engine optimisation, website strategy, content marketing initiatives and website management. Sarah has worked across a variety of industry sectors including travel, hospitality, education and sport.
