Informa plc is a international publishing and events company whose services enable commercial and academic communities to connect across the globe. They asked Above Digital to design and build a series of 12 websites – needing a online channel to post live content from each event.

Above Digital worked closely with Informa to scope their online requirements The challenge was to make sure the delivery of live event content produced and posted by the Informa team remained the focus. This required an easy to use content management system (CMS) and an interface design that was all fully responsive as event visitors would typically be on mobile and tablet devices. We integrated the event social media channels and optimised the site SEO, before testing thoroughly and pushing live, on time and to budget. Finally we provided hosting and online technical support incase of any issues at the live events.

The end-result was a series of engaging websites allowing live videos, testimonials and current news to be easily uploaded. The teams posted huge amounts of content on-the-go, keeping their important business communities regularly updated with all the latest reports and commentary.
